A little surprised there's still so much use of Postman when Bruno exists. I've never found any of the value adds that Postman tries to sell very useful.
I think the decline in developer portal use could be related to a shift away from microservices. At least, anecdotally and in my personal experience, I've gotten the sense that smaller companies feel like the overhead is too high and stick with a small number of bigger services/monoliths and don't see as much value out of dev portals as a result.
