In The Scoop #6, I observed how The Great Tech Reshuffle - fury of job changes across tech - looks to be starting. This shuffle will only be picking up speed, thanks to a few events and trends, which we look at in this issue:

• Bonuses paid out, and response rates are already up for reachouts from recruiters and hiring managers.

• Stock price woes and attrition. Stocks are not only down, but many are up. And this duality will result in heavy attrition. Also: forget hiring from Nvidia.

• Hiring budgets increased. The market keeps moving up - and catching up - with salaries.
